Ok if buying from them but do not sell to them. I sold some silver to them. Few days later I get a call saying one ounce was missing. Keep saying one ounce is not that big of a deal and it happens all the time. Said if it was him, he wouldn’t worry about it but I did. He said he would email the camera footage of the opening the box. I said ok sounds great. Then his attitude changed saying will I’ll have to check with that dept. kept saying it’s not a big deal and I should be happy all the rest made it. It was all bundled together and I tripled checked it before mailing it. 3 months later i five phone calls, he is saying they can’t find the footage and I should start using a local dealer. They are mad because the price dropped a lot the day after I locked it in. Scammers. Will be using JM bullion from here on. Just hope I help keep someone else from losing money by using them.

Do yourself a favor and buy metals someplace else. Very misleading with their website and advertisements

They try to run roughshod over repeat customers who cancel orders because of their faulty pricing. Do Not send them electronic payments! They will cash them even after you cancel an order – then caught doing it, won’t repay you for weeks!!
