Steven –
I hope no one else has to go through what I am going through with this company, I wish I could give a -4 rating. I signed up with then, falling for all of the hype. I canceled through the provided dashboard a few days later trusting they would honor the cancelation and refund my 199.00 but then they charged my card again. This is when you find out the customer support line says we are experiencing a high call volume and to leave a message. They have never responded to this date this way, after numerous calls. Then you play the email game in which you may get one response but to date I haven’t gotten a second response, a satisfactory explanation as to why I was billed a second time or anything concerning a refund. I can only say after examining the website over and over is that they provide two shady and unreliable ways to contact them, very, very poor communication with customers/members. I was told in one of the emails that they couldn’t find my info and to send them a screenshot of my cancelation. But they certainly can find my credit card number when it’s time to charge again. I just really want to be done with this company.
