About Leadpages

Leadpages provides an easy to use drag-and-drop interface for rapidly building effective web sites and web sales pages where a series of cleverly-designed stages guide prospects towards doing what the business owner requires.

Like it’s competitor Clickfunnels, Leadpages is proven across hundreds of industries, where their designs and layouts produce better sales figures and higher order values time and time again when compared with static websites. Although Leadpages is free to start, there are a number of add-ons which make it dramatically more effective, running to a monthly total fee of between $25 and $199, so be aware of these costs when signing up for free.

From the Leadpages website:

Turn Clicks into Customers: Leadpages helps small businesses connect with an audience, collect leads, and close sales. Easily build websites, landing pages, pop-ups, alert bars, and beyond.

I was choosing between Leadpages and Unbounce, took the trial on both and in the end went with Unbounce because I preferred it’s user interface and found it quicker to create what I had in my head.

That’s not to say Leadpages is poor, I found it excellent it’s just I personally preferred Unbounce and I didn’t need two similar programs! I recommend take the trial on both and see which is more suited.

BOTH are better than Clickfunnels which is in comparison clunky with terrible support.

I prefer Leadpages to Clickfunnels, I think it’s function is better, the system easier to operate and less laggy. I was with CF for 2 years and only stopped after I was investigating a rival site and looking at the code saw they were using Leadpages and on testing it was loading faster the code was neater and smarter altogether a better put together page IMHO.

There’s not a huge amount in it, but with CF I always get the feeling I’m paying for their big events and hype while Leadpages just gets on with providing a great service with awesome customer services. You want leads you use leadfunnels, simple as that.

The value wasn’t there for me. Also, be careful you cancel before your trial ends and remove your credit card info or you’ll be nailed with a $300usd charge annually until you see it on your cc bill.

I tried Leadpages having been with Clickfunnels for six months. I’d heard good things about it and gave it a try. While it’s good and absolutely if I hadn’t gotten used to another platform I’d have probably liked it a lot more but it missed a lot of the functions I’d become used to. If I could give half marks I’d say 4.5 as it’s not quite a 5 but better than a 4.
