I liked the service and the products then I did a free online questionnaire that gave me a incompletely different set of results and advised completely different vitamins and mineral supplements. Now I don’t know what is true.
What I will say is Persona’s vitamins are very good and I did feel a change in my overall health, losing some of what I’d call a “fuzziness” and just feeling sharper and more alert. Would I feel the same using the other set of vitamins? I’m not sure it’s maybe just we eat so few vitamins these days that anything at all is going to help
