Some orders ship immediately and arrive in 2-3 days, others can wait weeks before getting sent off… But this is explained on site and it’s because they send fresh made products direct from manufacturer not a big pile of dusty bottles sat in their own warehouse. Basically never order anything thats urgent and if you’re fine with that they are an amazing company for range and prices
