About eMeals
eMeals provide a popular app-based meal-planning service. Unlike meal planning services that deliver ready-made meals, eMeals lets it’s users select a plan, the app then orders the required ingredients from a range of trusted suppliers for direct home delivery. After this the member just has to follow the recipe for a delicious calorie counted and balanced meal.
Users can choose from a wide variety of menus and plans, from Quick and Healthy, Low-Carb or Keto to Budget Friendly – and the app is said to save the average user 2-hours a week in planning and shopping. Watch out for cancellation procedures after the free trial as free plans can only be cancelled by phone, not in-app or online.
From the eMeals website:
One Subscription, Endless Variety: Enjoy full access to our entire range of healthy recipes crafted and curated by a professional food team and registered dietitians.
Our weekly meal plans offer the variety and flexibility for you to pick the recipes that best fit your needs each week. Shop yourself or skip the grocery store by sending your shopping list directly to Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, Instacart or Shipt. Getting dinner on the table has never been easier.
T.H. –
I was stuck serving the same meals over again. eMeals was a recommendation from a Facebook group and I as I get my groceries delivered by Walmart it made sense to try it. I am on the 3 month subscription and so far it has been working out real good.
I would recommend spending time at the start getting a menu plan organised.
