Meal plan and fitness plan.
I started just after Christmas as I have made a decision to become vegan for #VEGANUARY and wanted a clear plan on how to start. I also need to drop a dress size (ideally 2 dress sizes!) The new year is always a positive force when lifestyles need a change. I have so far had a good experience and can report that I have lost 4 pounds, I feel better, my hair and skin looks better and I may even stay vegan after January!

I started diet.com because I didn’t want to go to a diet club but I knew I needed a way to keep it going. I chose my meal plan based on calories but there are preferences for gluten free, vegetarian, pescatarian, net free etc etc.
It is really motivational add in the exercise plan and the results spoke for themselves. I feel so happy with my new look and have managed to keep the weight off.
