I pulled a 795 credit rating with them and proved well over 100k annual income, and denied! Total redlining at this company due to race, shameful. Take your business elsewhere. They are very biased!

Customer service is a joke! After paying off nearly $30,000 in loans, a year ahead of schedule, they showed a balance of $3.72. WHICH THEY NEVER BILLED ME FOR. 6 months later, my credit score dropped from 850 to 590 because they sent it to collection!! What kind of moron sends on that debt with realizing that something might be wrong, very wrong. Think twice before you use these jokers because nobody in the company will ever lift a finger to help you.
