About Ace Fitness
Ace Fitness (American Council on Exercise) are a non-profit established in 1985 with a focus on bringing physical activity opportunities to individuals and communities across the country. It achieves this through a number of programs including their Fitness Trainer, Health Coaching and Medical Exercise certification.
Alongside these training certification programs Ace Fitness provides a huge range of education products, free information, calculators and fitness tools for fitness professionals, businesses involved in fitness – and of course regular people looking to improve their overall levels of health and fitness.

I started out small with a group of moms then word got around and I wanted to look into being a PT on a part time basis. The next stage was to become a certified trainer and I did this through ACE, their resources and support are superb. I am now in the process of acquiring a premises and becoming a full time trainer, I am living my dream!
