Very good on the whole, fast and efficient and did exactly what they said they’d do when they said they’d do it. I realize now they were quite expensive but at the time I didn’t know what I was doing and the help they gave was worth that premium.

made everything easy but a little more expensive than I’d estimated in terms of fees and I guess a markup on the bitcoin. This isn’t a big criticism as they were still a lower cost than other bitcoin IRA companies I looked at, just more than I’d hoped. That being said the price is so volatile 5% here and 3% there is nothing!!

Sent the info I requested, called a few times to see if I was interested I said not yet and then a month later they called again. This time I was looking to move ahead and asked for some pricing, it seemed a little more than the other company we were looking at but there was something about the agent we dealt with just drew me in. Made a small order of TWO bitcoins and will be watching the price to see how they go, you never know we could be millionaires in a couple years. Very good altogether if slightly more expensive than other options and it could all be worthless or make us rich!
