Work-at-Home Scams Targeted by the FTC and FBI
With so many work-at-home scams competing to steal your money on false hopes and empty promises, you need to be especially careful when looking at new opportunities.
Don’t rely on money-back guarantees, testimonials or reviews as they can mean nothing. If someone is promising you that you can make lots of money but they’re being vague about what you would do or how you would earn it, it can be a sign of fraud.
Beware of offers that don’t tell you what you would sell, what you would do to get customers or what your expenses would be – BEFORE you part with your hard earned money.
Don’t trust any self-made claims – you need to know what you’re getting into ahead of time and any legitimate offer is going to make that clear.
