Tricky negotiations on a home I just had to have, perfect view, perfect location and a good price. Only issue was I had to close in 3 weeks from a standing start as I wasn’t even LOOKING for a home when I found it. NAF were there for me and told me three weeks wouldn’t be an issue. I read some reviews and got worried but by then it was too late to back out. I needn’t have worried as the service I got from NAF was exceptional, they went above and beyond, even hand delivered paperwork for me to sign when they couldn’t call me (my cell was out of juice). Closed in LESS than three weeks and both me and the vendor are happy. NAF earned their money and I wouldn’t hesitate o use them again.
