This is the first time I have had to apply for a loan other than a mortgage and car loan and that was all done in the day through my bank.
This time I needed work done on my house to make it more accessible (I am a retiree).
It is also the first time I have applied for any financial services on the internet. I did my research and also listened to recommendations from friends.
