About Equifax
Equifax are one of the biggest names in the credit reporting industry and provide credit scores based on their 3-bureau model, calculated on a users Equifax, Experian and TransUnion credit files.
Users can get a free credit report – or for $19.95/mo users can access their full credit scores, report monitoring, social security scanning both for themselves, a second adult and up to 4 children and are able to cancel this subscription at any time. Although Equifax announced a data breach of 147 million users in September 2017 and are currently involved in a class action, this should not impact their current service which is still regarded as among the best in the world and is the go-to service for many blue-chip companies when making lending decisions.
