About Neat
Neat provides an automated tax and bookkeeping service aimed at small businesses, helping them gain control over expenses, minimize audit risk and save the time that manual data entry eats up.
Using a unique desktop utility and mobile app, users are able to rapidly scan or photograph documents, integrating them into the Neat system allowing users to submit records on the go, no matter where they are and have Neat track expenses and invoices in near real time. Users even get a unique email and can send, or have vendors send invoices directly into the system.

I’ve loved Neat for just over a year and their recent update has made things run even better. I had a “slight” user error during the update but was able to rectify my mistake quickly and with zero pain thanks to a superb helpdesk.

ALMOST everything I could want from the service and it really does save time… but surely adding an electronic signature would be a no-brainer move?
Also, make it easier to stop the app timing out. I SO want to give 5/5 but man the timing out is infuriating.
